Leonard is an accomplished real estate executive with more than 20 years of experience in the industry. Throughout his career, he has overseen the management and supervision of investor relations, capital raising for private equity investments, finance, marketing, sales and land acquisitions.
His experience includes establishing and expanding a network of institutional and private investors from the US and foreign markets. He was responsible for growing the investor base, building long-term relationships with investors and raising equity capital for a range of financial products for real estate. He has managed a successful investor relations program, including the implementation of a CRM/tracking system and development of investor portals.
